Entry to the lounge
All passengers must be in possession of a valid flight ticket for the same day of travel and outside Bahrain.Flight tickets must be accompanied by a valid boarding pass for a departing flight, i.e. outbound passengers only.
Admittance to the Lounge is conditional upon a valid online pass being presented at reception by the Passenger when entering the lounge. Entry to the lounge is only permitted on the date of travel and for the number of persons shown on the Pass. Additional persons may only be admitted to the Lounge at the discretion of the lounge’s reception staff and will be charged an entry fee when applicable.
Dilmun Lounge provides a maximum 3 hours stay, however it is subject to availability and any charge for an extension must be paid directly to the lounge staff at the time required. Children (where permitted) must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Any infants or children causing upset to other users’ comfort may be asked to vacate the lounge facilities.
Important: Please note that Dilmun Lounge reserve the right to refuse entry 30 minutes before the lounge closing time and may restrict access to the maximum stay length of time (3 hours unless otherwise stated) prior to your flight departure.
Cancellation & Refunds
Online pass is non-transferable and conditional upon a valid pass being presented at Dilmun Lounge reception by the Passengerwhen entering the lounge.
Online pass is non-refundable and cannot be used for alternative dates.
Dilmun Lounge Entitlements
Dilmun Lounge shall be entitled to refuse or revoke entry for any of the following:
There is a strong suspicion that the Passengeris not sober
The Passenger refuses to show their online Dilmun Lounge pass
The Passenger is being disruptive and/or causing upset to other passengers in the Dilmun Lounge
The Dilmun Lounge is full to its maximum capacity
Limitation on Liability
We will not under any circumstances be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of revenue or loss of business, howsoever arising whether in contract, statutory duty or otherwise.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for any Passenger failing to board his flight.
Under no circumstances will we be liable or responsible for the personal belongings of any passenger, and a passenger shall take personal belongings into the Dilmun Lounge area solely at his own risk.
The passenger shall fully indemnify and compensate us, our employees, sub-contractors and agents in respect of all actions, suits, claims, demands, costs, charges or expenses arising (whether asserted by the Passenger or third party) out of or in connection with the use by the Passenger of the Dilmun Lounge which are caused directly or indirectly through the act or omission, willful misconduct or negligence of the Passenger.
All Group Bookings must be made directly with Dilmun Lounge.
Dilmun Lounge Management reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updated version of the Terms & Conditions will be posted on this website and will take effect immediately after posting.
Clients shall be charged the full amount of the service if the cancelation is made 24 hours or less prior to the Scheduled pick up time
