Mr. Nabeel Khalid Kanoo
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Nabeel has over two decades of experience in the tourism and travel sector. He served as the President of Kanoo Travel and several other prominent positions in the industry.
In addition to his role as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bahrain Airport Services “BAS”, Mr. Nabeel is a Board Member of Oasis Capital and EK Kanoo. Additionally, he is currently the Chairman of the Kanoo Ventures, a strategic business unit within Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo.
Mr. Nabeel holds a Bachelors in Business Management from St. Edwards University, in Austin, Texas

Dr. Jeffrey Goh
Deputy Chairman
Dr Jeffrey Goh is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Air Group Holding, a state-owned enterprise entrusted with overseeing and developing the air transportation industry in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Gulf Air Group Holding comprises of national carrier Gulf Air, Bahrain Airport Company, Gulf Aviation Academy and joint venture companies in airport services and duty free.
Prior to his current appointment, Dr Goh held several senior executive positions at Star Alliance for over 16 years, including serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Star Alliance (Germany/Singapore) a role he assumed since January 2017, and as the Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel, General Counsel & VP Corporate Services, with responsibilities including strategy and membership development, human resources, joint sourcing and fuel-related projects, legal, finance and project management. Previously, Dr Goh also held positions at the International Air Transport Association in Montreal and at Beaumont & Son, a leading aviation law firm in London.
Dr Goh has significant international experience and exposure in the private and public sectors. He possesses extensive knowledge of global airline alliances and airline industry and has broad experience in senior corporate management including strategy development and cross-cultural stakeholder management as well as sustainability initiatives. He presently serves on the Board of China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Ltd. as an independent non-executive director and is Chairman of the Global Loyalty Organisation (GLO).
Dr Goh has a Doctor of Philosophy in the Principles and Policies of Regulating Airline Competition from the University of Sheffield, UK and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Hull, UK.

Mr. Mohamed Yousif Al Binfalah
Chairman of Audit and Risk Committee (ARC)
Mohamed Yousif Al Binfalah is the Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain Airport Company WLL (BAC), which has been responsible for managing, operating and developing Bahrain International Airport since 2010.
On joining the company in 2012, driven by a clear vision to elevate and position Bahrain International Airport as a friendly and efficient regional hub, Mohamed has led the team working jointly with the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications since 2014 to deliver the $1.1bn Bahrain International Airport Modernization Program with the aim of enhancing the airport’s infrastructure and sustaining the growth of Bahrain’s aviation sector in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
Mohamed is a board member of BAC Jet Fuel Company WLL, developer of the airport’s aviation fueling depot and associated infrastructure and the Chairman of Hala Bahrain Hospitality SPC, a passenger services subsidiary of BAC.
Mohamed holds a position as Board Member on the Airport Council International (ACI) World Governing Board (WGB), member of ACI WGB Audit Committee, Board member and Secretary/Treasurer of ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East. He is also a founding member of the Bahrain Green Building Council and currently serves as its Chairman and holds a seat on SITA MEA Customer Advisory Board (CAB) for airports and Honeywell Airports Advisor Board.
Mohamed holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration and is married with three children.

Mr. Ali Abdulmalek
Chairman of the Nomination, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee (NRCGC)
Mr. Ali has over 15 years of experience in finance and investment sectors. He is currently a Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Fixed Income at Kanoo Global Investments, a Strategic Business Unit within Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo.
In addition to his role as a Board Member in BAS, Mr. Ali is also a Board Member of Bahrain Ship Repairing and Engineering Company (BASREC) as well as a member of the investment committee of several investment funds in the region and holds a couple of observer seats in company boards.
Mr. Ali’s previous roles include working for Credit Suisse Europe in the Investment Banking Division and PineBridge Investments Middle East in the Private Equity team.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Bentley University in Waltham, MA, USA with a major in finance, and minors in economics and mathematics.

Mr. Farooq Al Mahmood
Director
Mr. Farooq is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in contracting, business management, aviation, hospitality, and real estate. He was appointed as a Board Member of Bahrain Airport Services in January 2014 and has since contributed his experience to the company’s succession planning.

Shaikh Ali bin Mohammed Al Khalifa
Director
Shk Ali is an airline veteran with 18 years in Gulf Air spent across revenue management and network planning. He is currently Director of Strategy and Business Development at Gulf Air Group Holding.
He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Systems Analysis and Engineering from The George Washington University in Washington D.C. He also holds a Master’s of Science in Air Transport Management from City University London and a Master’s of Business Administration from DePaul University.

Mr. Eshaq Ebrahim
Director
Mr. Eshaq has over 11 years of experience in the finance and investments sector. He was elected as a Board Member at Bahrain Airport Services in 2017. Mr. Eshaq is Vice Chairman of the Union Gulf Investment Company B.S.C, and Eshaq Investment Company, He also serves as Chairman of the Board at African and Eastern, and acts as an Independent Board of Director at International Investment Bank. Mr. Eshaq is also a Director at BICC MET W.L.L.
He holds a Masters in Information Technology and Computer Science from Ahlia University, Bahrain and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Kogod School of Business, Washington DC.
