Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of governance, transparency, honesty, integrity, accountability, and ethical, legal and moral business practices. As such BAS requires the active involvement of all employees, who are required to report any suspected incidents of misconduct, fraud, corruption, collusion, coercion, or other serious infringements, as this is crucial in safeguarding the integrity and reputation of the Company.
Whistle-blowing policies are designed to facilitate the reporting of irregularities in good faith, ensuring that employees can come forward without fear of retaliation.
This policy applies to all Board Members, officers, managers, and employees of BAS, and extends to other stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, and shareholders, enabling them to raise concerns regarding business conduct. To foster a culture of trust, the name “Amana” will be used, encouraging employees to report any misconduct, misbehavior, or wrong doing by individuals both within and outside the organization.
