Since 2009, Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) has maintained a rigorous Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Management System (QMS), aligned with the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO). We are proud to have consistently upheld this certification, underscoring our commitment to operational excellence and the highest safety standards.
To further enhance our quality and safety protocols, BAS recently implemented the Q-Pulse application, a comprehensive tool that aligns with internationally regulated quality standards. This advancement has strengthened our processes, allowing us to continually improve and maintain robust safety and quality standards across all BAS operations.
