Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) Cargo Services is a critical sector within BAS, dedicated to seamless, high-standard handling of shipments at Bahrain International Airport. Our Cargo Services team manages both export and import operations with a unified goal: delivering goods reliably and with the utmost care for logistics protocols and quality standards.

Our team of skilled, highly trained professionals ensures compliance with local and international regulations. As an accredited Ground Handling Agent (GHA), BAS adheres to the standards of the Bahrain Civil Aviation Authority (BCAA), IATA, customs, and airline procedures. This alignment with industry regulations strengthens our operational protocol, enabling efficient and secure cargo handling.

With a 19,000 sqm terminal, BAS Cargo Services offers a full range of export and import services, accommodating general cargo, live animals, perishables, valuables, diplomatic mail, and vehicles. All import operations are conducted under the strict jurisdiction of Bahrain Customs.

Supporting freighter aircraft operators and chartered carriers, BAS’s cargo facilities leverage state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Our team, experienced in handling consignments of all types, operates 24/7 to manage shipments for major events across Bahrain, including Formula 1, the Bahrain Air Show, and national horse racing events.
