Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) operates its catering facilities from an expansive 11,000 square meters within Bahrain International Airport, serving approximately 8.6 million meals annually with the capability to scale up operations as needed.

BAS Catering is certified in HACCP and ISO 22000, ensuring adherence to the highest international food safety standards in the preparation of fresh in-flight meals. Our dedicated Hygiene Laboratory conducts systematic microbiological testing on all facilities, equipment, and prepared meals, guaranteeing the utmost quality and safety.

In-Flight Catering

BAS Catering is proud to serve most international airlines operating through Bahrain International Airport, as well as private and VVIP flights, providing 24/7 service. Our positive reputation is built on delivering quality meals at highly competitive prices. All working areas are climate-controlled, and our dedicated fleet of 30 refrigerated high-loader transport units ensures the seamless delivery of fresh meals to aircraft. With backup generators, a constant supply of ionically purified water, and dry compactors for recycling, we maintain the highest standards of quality at all times.

Terminal Catering

In addition to our in-flight services, BAS provides catering for the Pearl Lounge at Hala Bahrain and Gulf Air’s Falcon Lounge, ensuring that all guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences.

Non-Aviation Catering

BAS is also proud to offer external catering services that uphold five-star standards. Equipped with the necessary resources, we cater to corporate, institutional, healthcare, and industrial sectors, as well as corporate events and business luncheons.
