Since its establishment in 1977, Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) has played a pioneering role in supporting the aviation sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain, charting a journey marked by continuous achievements and meaningful contributions to the industry.
In 2006, BAS took a significant strategic step to meet evolving market demands and to develop highly skilled, professional national talent through the establishment of the BAS Aircraft Engineering Training Centre (BAETC). This initiative represented a major milestone in BAS’s commitment to capacity building and technical excellence.
